These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 111kap ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 111kap website located at https://111kap.cam and all related services, features and content made available through the platform.
111kap provides an online sports betting and live casino information and gaming platform targeted at English-speaking users in Pakistan. By accessing any part of the platform — whether or not you create an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful is expressly prohibited. 111kap does not hold a license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users in Pakistan must independently verify the legality of online gambling under applicable local laws before registering or participating.
In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on 111kap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You warrant that all information supplied is genuine and belongs to you personally.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 111kap applies KYC verification to protect the security and integrity of the platform. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time as required by risk-assessment protocols. Required documents typically include:
Funds may be deposited into your 111kap account using available payment channels as shown in the platform's banking section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. 111kap references familiar payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major Pakistani bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) purely as contextual references to common local payment infrastructure. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Processing timelines vary by payment method and are published in the platform's banking information section. 111kap reserves the right to delay or withhold processing if further verification is required.
Account balances are displayed in the account's registered currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the operating currency, all deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated accordingly. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the account holder.
111kap does not levy internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees, charges or exchange-rate margins. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees applied by their chosen payment provider.
Bonuses and promotional offers issued by 111kap are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
The wagering requirement attached to a bonus specifies the total combined wager volume that must be accumulated before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino and other categories may carry different contribution rates. Full contribution tables are published in each promotion's terms. As a general guide:
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting system errors — is a form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8. 111kap reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
111kap reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or where a bet would exceed published stake limits. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.
In the event of a system or pricing error, 111kap reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error or manifest pricing mistake are not payable and may be forfeited. We will endeavour to resolve disputes of this nature promptly and communicate outcomes to affected users.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC T20, ODI, and Test matches — are governed by specific sporting rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to technical factors, event delays or data-feed interruptions. 111kap is not responsible for bets placed based on incorrect or delayed live data.
All casino and live-dealer game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-dealer dealing processes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by game suppliers and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns for any individual session or player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111kap platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to applicable authorities and, where applicable, civil or criminal proceedings:

All content on the 111kap platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 111kap or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, transmit or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 111kap.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111kap shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
111kap does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
In no event shall 111kap's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding balance of real funds (net of any applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and any pending verification checks.
111kap reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 111kap will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant account fees may apply as stated in the platform's banking information. Remaining balances are preserved and retrievable upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111kap holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the platform's licensing information.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 111kap's support team with a formal written complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as published on the platform.
111kap reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email or a prominent notification on the platform. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform before the revision takes effect and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
